This one was difficult. When I moved in, the stairs were carpeted and infested with fleas. After countless rounds with carpet cleaners, flea bombs, and flea medication for Meow, I ended up removing the carpet from the stairs. Since the stairs were not meant to be bare, they had to be filled and painted. Some stairs had to be constructed.
